Ok. Let's start with this… This book is REALLY good. I love working out the twists and turns of complex, binge worthy TV shows like Game Of Thrones and Doctor Who. And from the start of this book I was sure I knew what was going to happen.

As a monologue, the story follows the unravelling of Lily as she gets drawn into investigating a murder on the council estate across from her apartment.

The Easy Way Out is well written and personable. The characters are all very real and relatable, and it’s easy to conjure up an image of them all as well as the hospital, care facility and subsequent locations.
