Product Information

Melanie Cooper has been teaching yoga since 1997, and training yoga teachers since 2005. She divides her time between London and Goa practicing and teaching yoga. She currently runs the morning Ashtanga self-practice at The Life Centre in Islington, London and conducts annual teacher trainings in London and at Brahmani Yoga in Goa. She has practiced and assisted at Ashtanga Yoga London for many years, and also studied with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Melanie lives in North London.
